We know life isn’t perfect, and many have faced pain and disappointment along the way. That’s why our church is more than a place—it’s a safe haven, where you can find healing, hope, and a fresh start. Our vision is to build a community where everyone feels truly welcomed, deeply loved, and inspired to discover and live out their God-given purpose. We believe in the life-changing power of God’s love and are passionate about sharing this hope through heartfelt worship and meaningful outreach.

Our Heart
We believe it’s the goodness of God that draws hearts to repentance and that the Holy Spirit works in us daily, shaping us to become more like Jesus. Our goal is to see the lost and unchurched in our city saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, set free, and equipped to serve others with purpose and love. Through intentional discipleship, we guide and inspire our members to carry the hope of Christ into their everyday lives, becoming fishers of men wherever they go.

Each leader brings unique gifts, a servant's heart, and a deep passion for ministry, creating a church family where growth, encouragement, and genuine community thrive.
Efrain Villareal
Lead Pastor
As the Senior Pastor of 1 Life Church, Efrain Villarreal leads with a heart full of love and a vision rooted in faith. Since starting 1 Life in his home in 2019 with a small group of dedicated believers, Efrain has faithfully guided the church with wisdom, humility, and a deep passion for God's Kingdom.
Efrain’s heart beats for missions, inspiring worship, and helping people discover their true identity in Christ. He is equally committed to equipping and empowering the next generation, ensuring they’re ready to carry the torch of faith forward.
When he’s not serving his church family, Efrain cherishes time with his wife Lilly, their three youngest children, and his father at their home in Cleburne, Texas. He’s also a proud grandpa to eight grandchildren and has a deep appreciation for good conversation over international cuisine. Whether teaching, worshiping, or spending time with loved ones, Efrain’s life reflects the joy and hope found in Christ.

Baptism at 1 Life Church
Baptism is a sacred and transformative act of faith, symbolizing a believer’s new life in Christ. At 1 Life Church, we see baptism as far more than a tradition—it’s a bold declaration of faith, a reflection of being made new, and a testimony of God’s amazing grace.

Through baptism, we proclaim our decision to follow Jesus, embracing a fresh start and a renewed spirit. It’s a moment of spiritual rebirth—a powerful reminder of Romans 6:4, which says, 'We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.'
