Under the guidance of Pastor Efrain Villarreal, our leadership team is devoted to walking alongside our congregation on their spiritual journeys. Each leader brings unique gifts, a servant's heart, and a deep passion for ministry, creating a church family where growth, encouragement, and genuine community thrive.
Efrain Villarreal
As the Senior Pastor of 1 Life Church, Efrain Villarreal leads with a heart full of love and a vision rooted in faith. He started 1 Life in a home in 2019 with a small group of dedicated believers, and he has faithfully guided the church ever since with wisdom, humility, and a deep passion for God's Kingdom.

Pastor Efrain's heart beats for missions, inspiring worship, and helping people discover their true identity in Christ. He is equally committed to equipping and empowering the next generation, making sure they're ready to carry the torch of faith forward.
When he's not serving his church family, Efrain loves spending time with his wife, Lilly, and cherishing every minute with their three youngest kids before they grow up and start families of their own. He's also a proud grandpa to eight grandchildren and a lover of good conversation over international cuisine.
Lilly Villarreal
Pastor Lilly is a lover of people. She oversees the children's ministry and the worship ministry at 1 Life Church, and she also serves teams, coordinates events, and teaches. She is a listening ear, a prayer warrior, and a worshipper at heart. Pastor Lilly loves people well, and she loves to see them set free and walking out their God-given callings in victory, free from bondage.

Pastor Lilly is a foodie who loves swimming and spending time with her eight grandchildren and her friends. She's also a dog lover with five fur babies at home. She and her husband, Efrain, are cherishing every minute with their three youngest kids before they grow up and start families of their own.
Kierstin Flores
Kierstin is the Women's and Youth Pastor at 1 Life Church. She has been part of the 1 Life family since 2020 and has stepped into leadership wherever she's been needed. She loves to encourage, love, and offer godly counsel to people.

She started the women's ministry, the Overflow Youth ministry, and the annual Blossom Conference, and she has a deep love for pouring into the next generation of teens. She believes no emotion is off-limits with God and that you can come exactly as you are. A lifelong silver-linings girl, she believes we can find the good, which is really the God, in everything.
Outside of church, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and the owner of Wildly Human, PLLC, a Cleburne-area practice where nature, art, and honest conversation meet people in their grief, trauma, and everyday hard seasons. When she's not serving or leading teens, you'll probably find her thrifting or hiking with her husband, Jesse, and their furbabies.
Jesus “Jesse” Flores
Jesse is a youth pastor at 1 Life Church, serving alongside his wife, Kierstin. He loves to love people, and he has a gift for making you feel seen and valued within minutes of meeting him.

As a barber, he gets to hear a lot of stories, and he never gets tired of them. Whether he's behind the chair or behind the scenes at church, he pours into people and makes sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and taken care of. When he's not working or serving, you'll find him running, hiking, or sitting around a good campfire, fellowshipping with friends and family.

Our vision is to build a community where everyone feels truly welcomed, deeply loved, and inspired to discover and live out their God-given purpose. We believe in the life-changing power of God's love and are passionate about sharing this hope through heartfelt worship and meaningful outreach.
Our heart
We believe it's the goodness of God that draws hearts to repentance and that the Holy Spirit works in us daily, shaping us to become more like Jesus. Our goal is to see the lost and unchurched in our city saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, set free, and equipped to serve others with purpose and love. Through intentional discipleship, we guide and inspire our members to carry the hope of Christ into their everyday lives, becoming fishers of men wherever they go.
