Focus - A safe, welcoming space where women come together to study the Bible, learn, and grow in faith.

What to Expect – A welcoming group of women who encourage one another, pray together, worship the Lord, and walk through life’s highs and lows side by side. We invite all women to join us, whether or not you’re a member of 1 Life Church. In this space, we worship, pray, learn, and laugh together! It’s a place where vulnerability meets confidence, and compassion flows freely—a safe haven for every woman to be supported, uplifted, and empowered in Christ.
